Chickpea Tofu

Ingredients
1. 1 Cup of Chickpea Flour
2. 2 cups Spring Water
3. 1 tsp Sea Salt
4. 1 tbsp Dulse Granules
1 tbsp Onion Powder
Recipe
1. Using a whisk, add 1 cup of cold spring water to 1 cup of Chickpea Flour
2. Stir until it becomes thick.
3. Bring 1 cup of Spring Water to Boil.
4. After the water starts to boil, pour the mixture in the water slowly using the whisk to stir.
5. Turn the pot to low heat and continue stirring until the mixture has a thick texture.
6. Evenly pour the mixture into a 6×6 or 8×8 pan.
7. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. The longer it sits, more firm it will be.
8. Once it is ready, you can use this as you would any traditional tofu.
